Video: Oil drum explodes, catches man on fire

IPSWICH, England — The terrifying moment that an oil drum exploded leaving a workman seriously hurt was captured on dramatic CCTV footage.

Remarkably, despite the ferocity of the blast, injured worker Findlay Gavin survived and has made a good recovery.

CVS (Anglia) Ltd, based in Ipswich, Suffolk, has been fined £40,000 by South East Suffolk magistrates over serious health and safety breaches.
