2 firefighters injured at duplex blaze

One firefighter was struck by debris, another suffered heat exhaustion

O'FALLON, Mo. — Two firefighters were injured while battling a fire at a duplex in O'Fallon, Missouri Wednesday morning.

The fire on Tournament Drive was upgraded to a second alarm soon after firefighters arrived.

Two firefighters were injured while battling the blaze. One firefighter was struck by falling debris and the second suffered from heat exhaustion. They are both expected to recover.
