Suspect said she'd been drinking and wanted to kill herself

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — A woman was arrested after she apparently attacked an emergency medical technician and an Okaloosa County sheriff's deputy during a confrontation at a restaurant, according to an arrest report.

The Northwest Florida Daily News reports that the deputy was called to Denny's on Eglin Parkway in Fort Walton Beach on Jan. 15 about the woman, Mary Blanca Webster, 62, of Fort Walton Beach, who said she'd been drinking and wanted to kill herself.
