| The City of Bay St. Louis is seeking qualified applicants for various fire department positions. Positions will be open for Captain, Lieutenant and entry-level fire service personnel. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.

Additional Information

| Full-time positions work shifts of 24 on/48 off. The department currently has 21 full-time firefighters and an administrative staff of four, serving a growing city of approximately 8,000 residents.
Successful candidates will provide first line response to fire, medical, and hazardous materials callouts.
Benefits include two (2) weeks paid leave as well as accrued sick and personal leave. Medical and dental insurance is provided at no cost to the employee.
Bay St. Louis is a city on the cutting edge, rebuilding from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
