AMKUS Introduces the 240SS Super Simo

Downers Grove, IL -- The AMKUS 240SS Super Simo Power Unit offers a new level of performance.  This 240 volt single phase electric power unit operates two AMKUS tools simultaneously with hose lengths up to 200’.  This power unit provides performance virtually the same as the AMKUS Ultimate system which reaches maximum pump pressure 4 times faster than conventional portable power units.  Typically a simultaneous power unit draws about 60 amps at inrush or startup, but the 240SS incorporates advanced technology that requires approximately 5 amps to start up with virtually no inrush, reducing initial electrical needs. This power unit can be installed in approximately one day.
