TriTech announced that it has completed a deal with the City of Dallas to replace its 30 year-old Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) solution with TriTech’s VisiCAD Command. The new CAD system will support Dallas’ police, fire and EMS agencies, serving as a turnkey solution that will allow for CAD data sharing between city agencies and jurisdictions.
