Rhodium Incident Management Suite Adds Instant Outbound Conference Calling from ZipBridge
Denver, Colo. - Incident Response Technologies (IRT), a leading developer of incident management software solutions, is excited to announce a strategic alliance with ZipBridge, innovators of automated conference call bridging solutions. By adding ZipBridge’s powerful technology into the Rhodium Incident Management Suite, IRT can offer users the ability to automatically bridge pre-defined lists of decision makers onto conference calls directly from IRT’s easy-to-use incident command screen.
When a ZipBridge call is initiated, each member of the selected group receives a phone call and is placed on the conference bridge as they answer. No need to look up dial-in numbers and PIN's, or to carry a call-down list. Participants who are on the go simply answer their phone, press 1 and are on an instant conference call. IRT worked closely with ZipBridge to fully embed the application within the Rhodium Incident Management Suite so that launching conference calls is easily accomplished directly from Rhodium Suite command and control dashboard.
