We’re XtremeSportsID, a new sportswear manufacturer whose primary objective is to make sure athletes and citizens have an accessible, affordable means of Emergency Identification.
What’s The Product?
Our product is an emergency identification wristband, called XtremeSportsID, It’s a 100% silicone wristband that won’t fade or smell and it’s pretty tough to break too! Debossed on every bracelet are a toll free phone number and a unique, personal ID number associated with the athlete wearing it.
What Does it Do?
XtremeSportsID allows you to create a network of support by making your personal information available to those who call the toll free number in case of an emergency. The information given by the support network is only information that you’ve made accessible.
How Does it Work?
The retail price of each wrist band is only $8.00. Included in the price is a 1-year subscription to our service. The renewal fee for each year after that is only $5.00. After purchasing your XtremeSportsID band, log on to www.xtremesportsid.com and register your ID number to begin your network of support and information.
In case of an emergency, or you are unable to communicate, the person assisting you would call the toll free number on your wristband. They would be prompted to enter the ID number located on your XtremeSportsID wristband.
After entering the ID number, they would have access to your contact information immediately; doctor’s information, allergies, medications, etc. The emergency information available is only what you’ve chosen to enter into the system.
