On behalf of all of us at the Naples Fire Station we would like to thank all of you for the extra time you took with us. We would of never been able to fullfill our stations dream without all of you. The time you took to show us the Royal treatment and your patience with our city and the slow moving of our grant and your payment.
We can't tell you how happy we were to finally be able to see the truck being unloaded at our station. We even paged out all of our people. It was like kids in a toy store, they lifted every door, sat in every seat and of course drove it all over the city. The next day we used it in the special olympic parade.
The extra specical treatment was hard to beat, If you do that for all of your customers then your rate #1 in our book. You guys and girls are the best.

To Paul, Pam and Paul Jr., Thank you for your tireless dedication to doing the right thing. Sometimes we (the fire service) get caught up in the day to day activities and allow little things to slip through the cracks. Your company does not allow that to happen. You pay close attention to detail and make sure that your clients are getting the best bang for their buck. You look after the fire service by not allowing anything to leave your maintenance shop without it being checked, double checked and corrected. It's nice to know that there is an honest company to deal with in this time of less then honest company's. Thank you for your dedication for making things right. We have purchased a Water Tender and Type I pumper in the past 6 months and the units are top notch.
