Minute of Strength #213: Re-Inspiring Firepower Part 2 of 3

Following up with last week’s Minute of Strength, we’re re-inspiring another round from Firepower. This week we’re offering two alternatives to the see-saw press round with the thick grip vintage dumbbell press and the thick grip barbell press. Both of these routines offer variety while still maintaining the integrity of the workout. You’ll see that both of these exercises require the same upper body and core strength to perform properly.
