Pocket CoBRA provides critical resources and capabilities needed during any emergency response conveniently located on a lightweight and portable handheld/PDA device. This software includes many of the features and capabilities contained in CoBRA 4.2. The tools, databases, checklists, and incident reporting capabilities embedded in the CoBRA system facilitate and speed up the coordination of response to WMD or other major incidents by any responder including fire, HAZMAT, medical, law enforcement, transportation, facility management, and security personnel.
