MagneGrip Introduces New Starter Devices for Exhaust Extraction Systems

CINCINNATI, OH - MagneGrip has introduced two new starter devices for its Exhaust Extraction Systems that provide maximum convenience and reliability for exhaust fan activation. The new starters are:

(1) a hand-held electronic transmitter placed in the apparatus cab, and
(2) a transmitter wired directly to the ignition that automatically sends a signal without manual intervention.

Either starter can activate the system's exhaust fan in the firehouse before the apparatus exits or enters the bay. This helps ensure that exhaust emissions are kept out of the firehouse to protect firefighters. Existing exhaust removal systems with standard sensors can be upgraded to use the new starters.
