Chief’s Choice introduces Turnout Gear and PPE Wash

New Berlin, WI - Chief’s Choice® has introduced wash which is designed specifically for cleaning turnout gear and PPE. This wash solution has been carefully developed to ensure the safe cleaning of all firefighting turnout gear and other PPE. It has been successfully tested on the outer shell, moisture barrier and thermal inner fabrics. Chief’s Choice® Turnout Gear Wash meets the recommendations set forth by NFPA 1851, 2008 edition, related to detergents used for the cleaning of turnout gear (pH of less than 10.5).

Strong enough for cleaning heavily soiled turnout gear yet gentle enough for everyday laundry washing needs. This concentrated formula is biodegradable and environmentally safe as well as non-corrosive to metal snaps, clasps and zippers. There is no residue left on the garment with this wash and it can be used in machine or hand washing applications.  Chief’s Choice offers a satisfaction guarantee on all of the products they produce.  For more information or to place an order; call 800-395-8070 or visit www.firechiefschoice.com.
