Liberty Art Works Collaborates with the FDNY
Liberty Art Works has been doing business with
fire departments for over 25 years. Being established
and operated by firefighters the tragedy in New York
sank deep in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy and
prayers continue to go out to the fallen firefighters,
their families and all those affected by the attacks.
In a joint effort with the New York Fire Department
we’re given the honor to offer a Limited Edition of
1,500 of the FDNY September 11, 2001
Commemorative Ax. The full size pick ax is 36” in
length and the 9 lb. solid bronze ax head is high
polished. The ax proudly bears the New York Fire
Department logo. The back of the ax is engraved
“FDNY COMMEMORATIVE AX, SEPT. 11, 2001”. A red
tassel around the handle is also included to
commemorate the fallen firefighters.
The retail profit of every ax sold will be donated to
the New York Firefighters 9-11 Disaster Relief Fund.
This fund is directly distributed to the families of the
fallen firefighters and EMS personnel in New York City.
