Rhodium Admin is maintained and hosted by Incident Response Technologies, meaning customers do not need an IT department or their own server network. The major benefit to web hosting is that the software can be accessed from any internet connection. Rather than going to the station to enter data, the software can be accessed from home allowing for more time with the family.
With Rhodium Admin, customers can manage personnel records including contact information, file notations, credential records, and emergency contact information. The software includes an incident report module allowing you to write reports from almost anywhere. Attendance can be attached to reports to track mandatory response or training requirements.
