As a result, Emergency Reporting services are now included under the general purpose commercial information technology equipment, software and services category, Schedule 70.
The Emergency Reporting Fire and EMS offerings on the GSA Schedule are web-based and include solutions featuring the national fire (NFIRS) and national EMS (NEMSIS) data-sets for collecting and reporting information. The fire and EMS software packages can be procured as separate packages or integrated, along with modules designed for daily operations, such as hydrant maintenance, equipment maintenance, training records, calendar, roster, personnel management, reports, administration and others.
