100% Kevlar RIT Line is what you've been waiting for. A tight braid outlasts the other soft/snag RIT lines. This hollow braid withstands 2700lbf, and weighs only 2.4g/m. Kevlar is not flame proof and will not survive direct flame or ambient temperatures above 500deg.C. Not intended for rappelling.
