LifeGuard SmartDock™ is the first hands-free SCBA holder for fire trucks. This seat-based system provides single-motion insertion of the SCBA, holds the cylinder securely in place while in transit and releases using no straps or levers.
How it works: 

1. The cylinder valve is inserted into the base of the dock, and the top of the cylinder is pushed into the upper jaws to lock into place. After the firefighter has strapped on the SCBA, he or she simply twists while rising from the seat to release the tank from SmartDock.
