Stevens Point, WI — Gamber-Johnson, renowned manufacturer of rugged mobile docking stations and vehicle mounts, announces the release of a new 12” Locking Slide Arm (product number 7160-0053) specifically designed for, but not limited, to the Fire/EMS market.  The arm can be used to mount any Gamber-Johnson computer cradle or docking station.

The 12” Locking Slide Arm has six locking points 1.81” apart and can rotate around 360° locking at every 22.5°. By simply pulling the front lever out, rotating to the desired position and then releasing the lever, the arm is easily rotated. The Motion Attachment is also capable of rotating 360° allowing for maximum flexibility in computer placement and also tilts up to 90° fore, allowing the computer mount to be used as a tablet if desired.

The locking pin may be placed on either side of the base, allowing the user easy access regardless of where the arm is installed. The versatile 12” Locking Slide Arm can be mounted directly to any flat surface, Upper Pole, Complete Pole or Low Profile Bracket. A backing plate is also included with the arm for additional support when drilling into a flat surface like an engine cover in a fire truck.

To ensure long-term durability and maximum corrosion resistance, the locking arm is constructed of heavy gauge steel with a black powdercoat finish and aluminum.
