Fire Apparatus
LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. — What firefighter or emergency service personnel wouldn't like an extra pair of eyes now and then, say hen they're backing that 40-foot long aerial down a tight city street? Or how about when that tanker of methyl ethyl "bad stuf" rolls over on the Interstate and you'd rather not send a firefighter in to read the placard?
That's where Intec Video Systems comes in. For nearly 30 years, the company has been manufacturing and selling vehicle-mounted back-up and side-view cameras, fire scene video surveillance cameras with color zoom, and thermal imaging cameras.
"Our system provides an extra set of eyes for the firefighters," says Donald Nama II, president of the family-owned business.
