NexL® Announces the first Ambulance Vehicle Crew Helmet

NexL® Sports is pleased to announce an exclusive manufacturing and distribution partnership with Alliance Medical of Missouri. Alliance Medical is a specialized supplier of Emergency Medical equipment used on Ambulances. Together, we have jointly created the first Ambulance Vehicle Crew (AVC) Helmet in the US, to help protect Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics working in a mobile medical environment.

The AVC Helmet is based on NexL's patented foam liner technology using ISO headforms and a resilient High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) foam liner combined with a Kevlar® and Carbon Fiber Reinforced (KCFR) composite dry fabric shell.

The NXTT / AllMed® AVC Helmet is suitable for many Emergency Medical applications including; Ambulance Collision Impact Protection, Bike Teams, Motorcycle Responders, Confined Space Rescue, Disaster Operations, and Extrication. The AVC Helmet offers sizes from XS - XXL, providing the smallest outside dimension for ease of use in cramped quarters. The AVC Helmet is the first EMS Helmet in that meets U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
