NETHERLANDS — Footage shows the dog, owned by Dutch volunteer firefighter Leendert Foppen, helping emergency service workers by tugging a rope attached to the tree after severe storms hit the Netherlands this month.

The dog, named Rocky, is seen wagging its tail and playfully pulling the end of the rope while people passing by are heard laughing in the background.

Cameraman Jordy Delwel from Delwel Fotografi, a Dutch video agency, was outside in the small eastern city of Harderwijk during the cleanup when he captured the moment.
