Don't create hazards when cutting

Name: FireRescue1 Staff

Cutting holes for vehicle extrication isn't as simple as ripping away pieces of metal; it requires a special attention to precision. Haphazard use of a cip saw can leave jagged metal points that can easily inflict significant damage upon both victim and rescuer as they move in and out of the vehicle. This does nothing but make a dangerous situation that much worse.
