FireRescue1's Fire Grants section provides a comprehensive database of grants, news, information and resources to help firefighters identify and secure available grant funding.
In this section, firefighters can browse through our database of fire department grants, read the latest grant-related news and announcements, browse our list of external grants resources, and discuss available grants or share tips on what has worked for you in securing funding.
The FY 2008 CEDAP complements the FEMA National Preparedness Directorate’s other major grants programs to enhance regional response capabilities, mutual aid, and interoperable communications by providing technology and equipment, together with training and technical assistance required to operate that equipment, to public safety agencies in smaller jurisdictions and certain metropolitan areas.
