Iowa departments get big boost from federal grants

MASON CITY, Iowa — Manly used a $162,00 Department of Homeland Security grant to purchase a new pumper truck.

Mason City, Clear Lake and Rockwell used much of their federal grant money to purchase air packs.

St. Ansgar paid for training and Lake Mills modified its fire station.
