NY fire chief dies of possible heart attack
Chief William Delanoy was 58 and is survived by his son and wife

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – White Plains Deputy Fire Chief William Delanoy, 58, died Wednesday, Commissioner David Chong of the White Plains Public Safety Department said. He is believed to have suffered a heart attack.
The 35-year firefighter rose through the ranks to become one of the ranking members of the department.
