The Mead County (Kan.) Fire Department: Rosenbauer

The Mead County (Kan.) Fire Department has taken delivery of a pumper from Rosenbauer. The apparatus is built on an International 7400 chassis powered by a Cummins 310-hp diesel engine and an Allison 3000 EVS automatic transmission. It features a 750-gallon polypropylene tank, a Waterous 750-gallon pump and a Class A foam system. It also features a top-control cross-mount pump, a booster reel in the hosebed and a front bumper monitor.
