The Palo Fire Department in Aurora, Minn., has taken delivery of a pumper/tanker from CustomFIRE Apparatus. The apparatus, built on an International chassis that seats two, features an International 310-hp engine, an Allison 3000 EVS automatic transmission and anti-lock brakes. Firefighting equipment includes a Waterous CSYCX 1,250-gpm, single-stage pump; a 5-kW Honda portable generator; and a 980-gallon water tank and 20-gallon foam tank from Pro Poly of America.
