Firefighter who lost legs in tanker accident sues

Ohio firefighter's legs crushed by fire trucks
Firefighter Josef Tadijanac has filed a lawsuit against a fire department's chief and two other firefighters claiming that the firefighters operating a tanker involved in his accident were not properly trained. Firefighter Tadijanac suffered above-the-knee amputations and vision loss among other injuries after he was pinned in between two tankers as he was trying to transfer water between them.
