The 10-year-old scar left by a club fire that killed 100 people has not yet healed. The fire hurt people both physically and emotionally, horribly burning some, some losing their hands or eyesight, and some so traumatized they attempted suicide. Investigators found that to stop noise complaints, club owners packed walls with flammable foam, causing the flames to spread quickly and release toxic fumes. Full Story
