Ky. firefighter disputes internal investigation

Man dies, firefighter injured in Ind. blaze

A Lexington firefighter whose actions the fire department said led to his injuries during a fire intends to file a grievance about an investigation of the fire.

Lt. Richard Carlin said he wants the investigation to be closed until all the errors he sees are corrected.

The report is critical of Carlin's actions, saying he became separated from his rescue crew and improperly attacked the fire without calling the engine company ... Full Story
