Job Description
|
| RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for generating proposals and quotations in negotiating specific dealer programs.
Responsible for growing sales in region to positively impact market share.
Execute sales department policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume for products and/or services while maintaining gross profit margin
Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key dealer partners and customers
Act as a primary contact for assigned CMC dealers and customers; maintains dealer programs; monitors and reports performance
Responsible for the evaluation of customer needs and providing reasonable solutions
Responsible for developing individual dealer plans to provide appropriate levels of sales and training support
Reviews or analyzes market for trends and the activities of potential customers, competitors actions, and product preferences
Recommends changes for product improvements and identifies new product opportunities expressed by customers
Maintains a professional image when working with customers and clients, including resolving problems
Ensures the best possible level of service to CMC customers
Assists with company trade shows and industry events
Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Must be willing to travel 50 % of time to visit customers, dealers and trade shows

| QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires individual to be highly motivated and possess a strong customer focus
Must possess strong sales skills and with a proven track record of success
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, Portuguese also desired
Strong computer skills including CRM, Word, excel
Knowledge of rescue equipment specifications and applications to answer dealer and customer questions.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written required to ensure ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and customers in both verbal and written form.
Ability to calculate various numerical sums including price, discount calculations and invoice totals as requested by customers or CMC staff.
Ability to solve customer problems and complaints without supervision while adhering to CMC policy and best business practices.
Ability to identify and evaluate issues in a logical manner to develop and execute workable solutions.
Must be able to identify priority assignments and arrange activities to meet deadlines on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

- Education BA
- Experience Five years of sales and related industry experience required
- Additional Requirement :
Location is U.S based, with extensive travel to Latin America. Home base is open.

Salary Information
|
| Salary: $80,00 base per month |
