Preparing and providing food at emergency scenes can be a logistical nightmare. Until an organized canteen or auxillary unit arrives, commercial power bars can help keep you energized. These can be conveniently stored in the command vehicle or front-line apparatus. When firefighters need that extra energy boost after prolonged exertion, you will be prepared.
