When putting together a chainsaw training program, it's important to take advantage of existing resources that may be available to your fire department. The following are good places to train:

  • New construction projects
  • Donated property
  • Abandoned property
  • Municipal buildings

Most towns/cities are generally enthusiastic about helping their fire departments when they can. Giving the department a place to conduct vital training is an easy way to do that.
