Updated Lighting
Lighting Pro Technology's updated version of its HEADLITE includes a new battery pack that uses six AA batteries, a new lamp assembly that extends, swivels and tilts, a detachable lamp assembly for hand-held use and a new battery pack that incorporates polarity protection as a safety feature (contact is not made if batteries are installed incorrectly) and an improved battery life so there is no dimming until the very end. The 13.5-oz. HEADLITE also features a variable-focus optical chamber reflector and halogen or xenon bulb combination to produce a brighter, whiter, shadow-free beam for better visibility.

Portable Pumps
Wildfire Equipment's Mark-3 "Mini Dam," a portable four-stage fire pump, is designed and approved by the USFS Redmond Air Center. The rugged, backpack-portable Mark-3 features a quick-release pump clamp, light aluminum alloy pump parts, anodized pump parts for corrosion resistance and a stainless-steel shaft. The centrifugal fire pump uses a two-cycle engine. Its maximum pressure is 380 psi, and free flow equals 98 gpm.
