KINGSTON, Ark. — A fire captain died Saturday after becoming unresponsive while responding to a call.

Capt. Randy Ray Treat, 71, became unresponsive before dying from an unknown natural cause.

Treat was a fire captain at the Kingston Rural Volunteer Fire Department, as well as a retired Battalion Chief for the Springdale Fire Department.

Treat is survived by his wife and two sons.
