WINDSOR, Conn. — A Connecticut firefighter died Monday while responding to a report of smoke.
Windsor Volunteer Fire Department Firefighter Robert Dean Watts was working water supply at the scene of the smoke when he collapsed.
Fellow firefighters and EMS personnel performed CPR and transported Firefighter Watts to a local hospital where he passed away.
