True North Introduces Power Dry 1/4 Zip Shirt and Bottoms
Seattle, WA – True North Gear®, the makers of quality bags, backpacks and fire resistant clothing, is introducing the new Power Dry ¼ Zip Shirt and Bottoms for the ultimate FR thermal layering system.
“The development was part of our never ending quest to create clothing that gives you incredible comfort while protecting you from exposure to flame hazards,” Alyx Fier, CEO.
The ¼ Zip and Bottoms used the same Polartec fabric technology as our Power Dry Shirts and underwear. It’s for those days when you need a little more protection from the cold. Both are worn easily under outer layers with 4-way stretch, next-to-skin comfort. The material was chosen for its great ability to breathe, wick perspiration and dry in a flash. Even though comfort and design is a staple of DragonWear products the most important aspect is safety. The Power Dry ¼ Zip Shirt and Bottoms are inherently fire resistant, meaning the protection is sewed into the fabric providing protection wash after wash for the life of the garment.
The Power Dry ¼ Zip Shirt gives you the ability to regulate your core temperature on the fly using the front ventilation zip with draft flaps and a zipper garage for added comfort. The raglan sleeves keep seams out of the way of a harness or pack straps while the side seams are positioned forward for comfort. The Power Dry Bottoms feature a functional fly and a body-hugging design for unrestricted movement. Both products feature flat-lock seems to eliminate chafe and inherent odor control.
