Fed grant buys new radios for 14 fire departments

The new radios will offer more channels and better communication quality

LOGAN-ROGERSVILLE, Mo. — This month marks a significant change for all 14 fire departments in Greene County.

They'll roll new radios thanks to the federal government.

Technology is changing — and so is the sound quality, the number of channels, and even the design. These new radios will better suit firefighters manning the engine and those on the front lines.
