Swany America will introduce the Maltese Firefighter Glove at the 2006 FDIC Show

Swany America will introduce the Maltese Firefighter Glove at the 2006 FDIC Show in Indianapolis April 27-29 at the Freudenberg Nonwovens booth. This goat suede glove with Hipora® Waterproof/Breathable Insert and Freudenberg’s Vilene® Fireblocker and Comfortemp® interlining provides excellent flexibility and dexterity while maintaining or exceeding the thermal properties of its more cumbersome competitors. The glove has been UL approved to NFPA standards.

The key elements of the glove are the Hipora® waterproof, windproof and breathable insert by Kolon, Vilene® Fireblocker spunlace substrate with superior heat blocking properties as well as lightweight breathability and Comfortemp® thermoregulating phase change material which absorbs and releases energy to help maintain stable temperatures inside the glove.
