SPOKANE, Wash. — A firefighter is missing gear after his car windows were smashed with a rock.

The firefighter said the break-in is the second for him in a course of three months, FOX28 reported.

"The first time, it just seemed like a random act of vandalism because the Jeep had a soft top on it and those really aren't hard to break into and they smashed the window anyways," the firefighter said. "This time, they smashed the window with even more force and made sure the rock did some damage to my radio."

His Mystery Ranch hotshot firefighting bag was stolen as a result of the break-in.
