NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia — Australia’s third winner of "The Biggest Loser" went on to become a firefighter 10 years later and also works as a motivational speaker.
The Sun reported that Sam Rouen became the show’s most successful contestant when he was 19, losing over 145 pounds during filming.
Ten years later, Rouen completely changed his life and became a firefighter, even starring in a calendar shoot.
Rouen also works as a health and fitness motivational speaker, and posted a before and after picture on the 10th anniversary of his TV appearance on his fan page.
"So much has happened, good, bad, everything between. Highest highs and lowest lows,” Rouen wrote. "All I know is I've got some amazing people in my corner and I'm unconditionally appreciative of that.”
