FF's son seriously injured in Wis. Christmas parade incident

WAUKESHA, Wis. — The son of a local firefighter was one of the dozens of people who were injured when an SUV drove into a crowd during Waukesha's annual holiday parade on Sunday.
Erick Tiegs, son of Caledonia Firefighter Don Tiegs, was injured during the incident and transported to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin with a broken femur, a skull fracture, broken ribs, a vertebrae fracture, a bruised lung and a collapsed lung, according to a fundraising page that was set up to help the family cover medical expenses and other costs.
At least five people were killed and more than 40 were injured during the incident, according to local officials.
