SKOKIE, Ill. — A Chicago firefighter allegedly slashed the neck of a man who accused him of talking during a movie in a Skokie theater last month.
Morris Bowie, 54, is scheduled for a hearing Friday in Skokie after being charged last week with two counts of aggravated battery and one count of armed violence in the alleged Jan. 28 assault at Crown Theatres, 7000 Carpenter Rd.
“Internal Affairs is ...investigating,” Chicago Fire Department spokesman Kevin McGregor said Wednesday.
