Firefighter hurt fighting blaze in Delaware

HARRINGTON, Del. — Fire investigators say a blaze at a home in Harrington caused $250,000 in damage and injured one firefighter.

The fire broke out about 5:30 Sunday afternoon in the 1300 block of High Stump Road. Authorities say it started in a woodstove chimney and the flames spread to the second floor.

The two adults inside got out safely. The firefighter was treated at Milford Memorial Hospital for a back injury.
