A man accused of setting fires last year in Holloway pleaded guilty Monday in Belmont County Common Pleas Court to felony arson charges.
Richard Lee Dunlap, 24, of 311 Clark St., Holloway, waived a formal indictment Monday and pleaded guilty to a bill of information charging him with one fourth-degree felony count of arson and one second-degree felony count of aggravated arson.
Belmont County Common Pleas Court Judge Jennifer L. Sargus ordered the completion of a pre-sentence investigation and victim impact statement. A sentencing hearing was tentatively scheduled for March 6.
