SUITLAND, Md. — A firefighter was injured Wednesday morning in a two-alarm apartment fire in Prince George’s County.
Officials said the fire broke out shortly before 6:30 a.m. at the Bristol Pines apartments in the 6300 block of Maxwell Drive in Suitland.
One firefighter suffered serious head injuries fighting the blaze and was flown by a U.S. Park Police helicopter to a local hospital. The firefighter is in good condition.
