MEADOW LAKE, N.M. — Two Meadow Lake firefighters have been injured after losing control of their fire truck while on the way to a call.
Authorities say the truck missed its turn and rolled about 50 yards off the road, injuring the two firefighters inside.
The two, whose names haven’t been released, were on their way to a fire at a mobile home tonight.
The firefighters suffered mostly cuts and bruises, and authorities say one may have a broken shoulder. Both are expected to recover.
