FOUNTAIN HILL, Pa. — A firefighter was temporarily trapped after he fell through the first floor and into the basement during a three-alarm house fire in the small Lehigh Valley town of Fountain Hill early Monday morning.
The elderly woman who lived in the Hoffert Street home died during the fire.
The unidentified firefighter who fell through the floor was uninjured and returned to the scene to help after getting checked out, according to fire officials. ...
