DETAILS: Retired Captain Delbert Warwick served 50 years in the Houston Fire Department and spent 33 of these years assigned to station 17. Fire Chief Phil Boriskie and members of the HFD will give brief remarks applauding Captain Warwick’s service and dedication. Retired Captain Warwick, family and friends will be present.
